I recently read an article about a study that revealed an unexpected correlation. In countries where automation/AI is widespread, adherence to ANY religion is on the wane. The ease of life that automation enables and the apparent immortality and limitless intelligence of AI are convincing more and more people to abandon the supernatural. It’s indisputable that worship attendance has declined in the United States for decades, and this trend is accelerating. So, is the Church a thing of the past? Have modern people outgrown God?
