Friday Greetings - August 18

“Jesus loves the little children,

All the children of the world.

Red and yellow, black and white,

They are precious in His sight.

Jesus loves the little children

of the world.”

We teach our children and grandchildren this song, but do we actually believe its words? Unfortunately, many professing Christians are prejudiced. What did Jesus teach about racism and bigotry? This Sunday I’m preaching on this subject. The biblical text is Matthew 15:21-28 and the sermon title is “My Life as a Dog.”
