Friday Greetings - May 8
Eugene Peterson describes what he calls a “tourist mindset” by saying that for some, “religion is understood as a visit to an attractive site to be made when we have adequate leisure.” Right now, some of us are missing our very attractive site for worship, and yet we know that at its core worship is more than space, sound, and esthetics. It is about a fundamental orientation in life. Join us this Sunday as we continue our discussions of the implications of the resurrection and consider worship as the orientation of our beings. We will be on Facebook, YouTube, and 97.9, The Bear.
