Jesus Never

Do you remember when Jesus said, “Hate the sin, love the sinner?” Do you know where in the Gospels He said it?

Nowhere. It isn’t in the Gospels. It isn’t in scripture at all. Jesus never said it, and not only that, He said things that contradict it. It’s a fabrication, designed to help people justify being judgmental and hateful. It’s a misuse of the Word of God, and as such, reeks of self-righteousness and willful ignorance.

There are things preached from pulpits and posted on social media these days that Jesus never said and never implied, things that can be countered with words in the Bible that He ACTUALLY SAID.
