Friday Greetings - December 18

Each Sunday during Advent, we light candles on our wreath. First one, then two, and finally this week all four. Slowly the light grows and we draw nearer to that night of light shining in the darkness. Adam Hamilton reminds us that the connection of Christmas to the darkness of winter is meant to evoke in us a hope that can sustain us. In these short days and dark nights of December, we need the sure proclamation that “the light shines in the darkness and the darkness did not overcome it.” Join us this week on Facebook, the radio, or in person as we remember the Light of the World and the call that brings to our lives.
